This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a subscription or any other recurring purchase option offered by Magic Scoop Nutrition Inc. It applies to all subscription orders placed through our website and powered by our subscription provider, Recharge, Inc.

Promotional Subscription Offers.
From time to time, we may offer promotional subscription deals that include a minimum order commitment in exchange for additional savings, such as a deeper first-order discount or a free gift. The specific terms of any promotional offer, including the number of orders required before you can cancel and any other conditions, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. If you accept a promotional offer with a minimum order commitment, you agree to receive the required number of orders before cancelling. After fulfilling the commitment, your subscription continues under the standard terms of this policy and you may cancel at any time.

How to Cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Magic Scoop account portal. Sign in at magicscoop.com, navigate to your subscription settings, and select Cancel Subscription. You may also email us at hello@magicscoop.com and our customer experience team will process the cancellation for you within one to two business days.

When Cancellation Takes Effect.
Cancellation takes effect immediately upon confirmation. You will not be charged for any future orders. If your most recent order has already shipped, you will still receive that order. If your order has been billed but not yet shipped, please contact us right away at hello@magicscoop.com so we can attempt to cancel it before it leaves our warehouse.
In simple terms: 👉 Cancellation is immediate. No future charges. If a recent order already shipped, you'll still get it.
Pause and Skip Alternatives.
If you would like to take a break without cancelling outright, you can pause your subscription for a set number of weeks, or skip the next shipment, both through your account portal. These options let you keep your subscription active and your discounted pricing locked in for when you are ready to resume.

Refunds After Cancellation.
Refund eligibility on orders received before or after cancellation is governed by our Refund Policy, which can be viewed here: https://magicscoop.com/policies/refund-policy. Our 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time orders of a product remains available regardless of whether you cancel.
