Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Magic Scoop accepts returns, processes refunds, and handles damaged or incorrect orders. It applies to all purchases made through our website. Please read this policy carefully before completing a purchase.

Love It or Your Money Back.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order of any distinct Magic Scoop product, whether that order is a subscription or a one-time purchase. The guarantee applies to both new customers placing their first order with us, and existing customers trying a different Magic Scoop product for the first time. Different flavours and formats of a product you have already ordered, for example switching between flavours of All-In-One Greens or moving between Pouch and Stick Packs, fall under our Standard Returns policy below.
If you are not completely satisfied with your first order of a product, you can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Subscriptions can also be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time.
In simple terms: 👉 Try any new-to-you Magic Scoop product risk-free for 30 days. Switching flavours or formats of something you've already had doesn't count as new. Subscriptions can also be paused, skipped, or cancelled any time.
Standard Returns.
For all other orders, we have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging, in the same condition as received, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns on non-first-time orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and customers cover return shipping costs.
To start a return, email us at hello@magicscoop.com. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
In simple terms: 👉 We don't do direct swaps. Return the original, then order what you want.
Refunds.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at hello@magicscoop.com.
In simple terms: 👉 Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can take a bit longer. If it's been more than 15 business days, get in touch.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In simple terms: 👉 EU customers have an extra 14-day cancellation window, no reason required. Item still needs to be unused and in original packaging.
