The SMS program is available to subscribers in Canada and the United States.
Our website uses cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send you cart reminder messages via SMS and email.
You can opt in to our SMS program at checkout, on our website signup forms, by texting our designated number, or by otherwise providing your phone number and confirming consent. Your mobile number and related data are shared with Klaviyo and the applicable mobile carriers (including major Canadian carriers such as Rogers, Bell, Telus, Freedom Mobile, Videotron, and SaskTel, and major U.S. carriers such as T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, Boost, and MetroPCS) solely for the purpose of delivering messages. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
